The financial application is a web-based budget planning and execution tool that streamlines the business processes for DOE budget execution personnel.

High-level Project Requirements
- Replaces spreadsheets with a uniform process and standardized information
- Allows formulation process to track multiple submissions through the planning process
- Provides a common platform and common business process to track outgoing funds
- Manages numerical and graphical displays of estimated and actual (yearly and monthly)
